DeMarco Halverson

I’m a 2027 shooting guard who brings versatility, discipline, and a strong work ethic to the court. I started off playing guard in middle school, then transitioned to a wing/forward role my freshman year, before shifting back into the backcourt as I developed my ball-handling, shooting, and playmaking skills. That experience helped me understand how to impact the game from multiple positions and read the floor at a higher level. Now playing varsity as a junior, my main focus is building consistency, confidence, and leadership while continuing to expand my offensive game and defensive versatility. I also serve as an assistant coach for an 8th grade boys team, which has helped me grow as a communicator and leader. What sets me apart is my mindset — I’m coachable, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve. I take pride in being reliable on and off the court, bringing energy, effort, and team-first mentality every time I play.
