Kole Colonna-King

After an excellent 15u season showing his potential, Kole is a guy that has exploded up the board and is firmly on the radar. Kole Colonna- King brings some real physical force to the wing/forward spot, particularly when he gets a runway and starts attacking toward the paint. At 6’5, he has the size and strength to absorb contact without getting knocked off his line, and there is an aggressiveness to the way he looks to finish possessions around the basket. He doesn't need a bunch of dribbles to create that pressure either, doing some of his best work running the floor, attacking closeouts, and finding seams as the defense shifts. That physical approach carries over to the glass, where he can rebound outside his immediate area and create extra possessions with activity and toughness. Defensively, the frame gives Mill Valley options against bigger wings and forwards while still allowing him to handle different assignments around the perimeter. Colonna-King has a clear identity built around physicality, downhill pressure, rebounding, and toughness, and those are traits that can make an impact regardless of how large his offensive role becomes.
