As a basketball player from Columbia, Missouri, I've learned that success on the court mirrors the values that define our community—hard work, resilience, and supporting one another. Growing up in Columbia has shaped my understanding that every great achievement starts with dedication and countless hours of practice. Basketball has taught me that individual talent means nothing without teamwork. Whether I'm setting screens for my teammates or working on my fundamentals during off-season training, I've discovered that the best moments come when we elevate each other's game. The fast-paced nature of basketball has sharpened my decision-making skills and ability to stay focused under pressure. What drives me most is the constant opportunity to improve. Every practice, every game, and every setback is a chance to grow stronger and smarter. My coaches have instilled in me the importance of being coachable and maintaining a positive attitude, especially when facing adversity. As I prepare for graduation in 2027, I'm excited to bring my passion for basketball and commitment to teamwork to the next level, knowing that the lessons learned in Columbia will guide me forward.
