Jack Getgood

I'm Jack Getgood, a class of 2027 basketball player from St. Charles, MO. Basketball has taught me that success isn't just about individual talent—it's about showing up every day ready to work harder than yesterday. On the court, I've learned to embrace my role, whether that means being the primary scorer or setting screens to get my teammates open looks. Defense is where I take pride in my game, understanding that effort and hustle can change the momentum of any game. Every practice is an opportunity to refine my skills and push my limits. What drives me is the connection between individual discipline and team success. I've learned that being coachable and staying focused on improvement makes everyone around me better. The early morning workouts and late-night sessions have shown me the dedication required to compete at higher levels. I'm looking for a program where I can contribute immediately while continuing to develop my game. I bring consistent effort, a team-first mentality, and a commitment to excellence both on the court and in the classroom. I'm ready to take the next step in my basketball journey.
