Cash Belzer

I'm Cash Belzer, class of 2027, and basketball has shaped who I am both on and off the court here in Lees Summit, Missouri. From my first organized game, I knew this sport would push me to become better every single day. What drives me most is the grind—early morning workouts, film sessions, and the constant work to refine my game. I've learned that talent only takes you so far; it's the dedication when no one's watching that makes the difference. My coaches have taught me that leadership isn't just about scoring points, but about making my teammates better and staying composed under pressure. Playing in KC's competitive basketball scene has shown me the value of resilience. Every loss is a lesson, and every practice is an opportunity to improve. I pride myself on my basketball IQ and my willingness to do whatever my team needs, whether that's diving for loose balls or being a vocal presence on defense. As I continue my high school career, I'm committed to growing as a player and teammate while maintaining strong academics. Basketball has given me a family and a purpose, and I'm excited to see where this journey takes me.
