Jalen Clark

My name is Jalen Clark, and I'm a student athlete from Keokuk, Iowa, graduating in 2028. Growing up in this tight-knit community along the Mississippi River has shaped my character both on and off the field. Sports have taught me that success isn't just about individual talent—it's about showing up every day, pushing through challenges, and lifting up your teammates. Whether we're grinding through two-a-day practices in the humid Iowa summers or facing a tough opponent on Friday nights, I've learned that determination and teamwork are what separate good athletes from great ones. In Keokuk, we understand the value of hard work and supporting one another. These values drive me to be a leader by example, always giving my best effort and encouraging others to do the same. My coaches have taught me that athletics is about more than winning games—it's about developing discipline, resilience, and character that will serve me throughout life. I'm excited to continue my athletic and academic journey, carrying with me the lessons learned and the pride of representing my hometown community.
