Ben Petrie

My name is Ben Petrie, and I'm a basketball player from Sheboygan Falls, graduating in 2028. Basketball has shaped who I am both on and off the court, teaching me lessons that extend far beyond the game itself. What drives me most is the constant pursuit of improvement. Every practice session, every drill, and every game presents an opportunity to grow stronger and smarter as a player. I've learned that individual success means nothing without the support of my teammates. Some of my most rewarding moments have come from setting up the perfect assist or diving for a loose ball to help my team gain possession. Basketball has taught me that failure isn't the end—it's fuel. When shots don't fall or plays don't work, I use those moments to analyze, adapt, and come back stronger. The discipline and work ethic I've developed through countless hours in the gym have prepared me not just for competition, but for life beyond high school. I'm committed to continuing this journey, knowing that the lessons basketball teaches will serve me well in whatever path I choose.
