Alexandria Ash

My name is Alexandria Ash, and I'm a member of the class of 2027 at Poplar Bluff High School in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Track and field has become a defining part of who I am, teaching me that success comes from consistent effort and pushing past my limits. Every practice is an opportunity to improve, whether I'm working on my form, building strength, or throwing a little bit farther then my PR .I've learned that the difference between good and great often comes down to the work you put in when no one is watching. My coaches have helped me understand that mental toughness is just as important as physical ability. What I love most about track is the team atmosphere. While individual performance matters, we're all there supporting each other, celebrating PRs, and pushing one another to be better. There's something special about competing alongside teammates who share the same drive and dedication. I'm looking for a program where I can continue developing as an athlete while pursuing my academic goals. I bring determination, coachability, and a genuine passion for the sport to any team I join.
