Jaxon mixan

My name is Jaxon Mixan, and I'm a basketball player from Omaha, Nebraska, graduating in 2028. Growing up in the heartland has taught me the value of hard work and perseverance, qualities I bring to the court every day. Basketball became my passion in middle school when I realized how much I loved the strategic elements of the game and the bond formed with teammates. Playing in Nebraska's competitive high school scene has pushed me to constantly improve my skills while learning to trust and support my teammates under pressure. What drives me most is the moment when individual effort transforms into team success. Whether it's diving for a loose ball in the fourth quarter or staying after practice to work on free throws, I believe success comes from dedication to both personal growth and team goals. The fast-paced winters in Omaha have made me appreciate every moment I get to step on the court. I'm eager to continue developing my game at the collegiate level while pursuing my academic goals, bringing the same work ethic that defines Nebraska basketball to whatever program I join.
