Gavin Jenkins

I'm Gavin Jenkins, a 2030 graduate from Hallsville, Missouri, and basketball has taught me lessons that extend far beyond the court. Growing up in a small town, I've learned that success isn't measured by individual statistics but by how you elevate those around you. On the court, I pride myself on being a team-first player who understands that every pass, screen, and defensive rotation matters. Whether we're winning or fighting through adversity, I bring consistent energy and leadership. My coaches have trusted me to be vocal and to lead by example, and I take that responsibility seriously. Basketball has shaped my work ethic and character. Early morning workouts and late-night film sessions have taught me discipline, while losses have taught me resilience. I know that talent alone isn't enough—it's about the commitment you make when no one's watching. As I look toward my future, I'm excited to bring my dedication, competitive spirit, and team-oriented mindset to the next level. I'm ready to contribute, learn, and grow alongside teammates who share the same passion for the game that has shaped who I am today.
