Courtney Woods Jr. Class of 2029 | 6’2” Ambidextrous Point Guard | St. Louis Priory Ravens | St. Louis, Missouri My name is Courtney Woods Jr., and I am a 15-year-old sophomore at St. Louis Priory School, the #1 academic private high school in Missouri, where I maintain a 3.0 GPA. I am the starting point guard for the St. Louis Priory Ravens. I’ve been playing the game I love since I was 3 years old. Throughout my basketball journey, I have consistently challenged myself by playing up two age groups in AAU competition. My hard work has earned recognition as a Chris Paul Top 40, Lou Runs Top 100, and Prep Hoops Freshman Top Performer. As a freshman, I earned varsity minutes as the 6th Man, helping my team while shooting efficiently: • 43.7% Field Goal • 42.3% Three-Point • 71.4% Free Throw • 2.8 Rebounds per Game • 1.92 Assists per Game I take pride in being an ambidextrous point guard who can score, create for teammates, defend, and impact the game on both ends of the floor. Every day, I strive to become a better leader, teammate, and student of the game. My goal is to earn a NCAA Division I basketball scholarship while pursuing a degree in Sports Medicine, and ultimately fulfill my dream of playing in the NBA. When I’m not in the classroom or on the court, I’m in the gym developing my skills, spending time with my family, watching NBA basketball, or working my summer job teaching young athletes the fundamentals of the game. “Success is earned through discipline, consistency, and relentless work.
