White Out at Penn State

White Out at Penn State

The White Out, for the Penn State Michigan game, was an awesome atmosphere for a college football game! This was my first trip to Penn State for a game and it was an eye opening trip. Penn State fans were something to see. It was the loudest game I have ever attended. The coaches and recruiting staff were really good to me and my family. They certainly set a great example for Penn State football.

We played Friday night then left Birmingham at 1 am, Sat. morning, driving to Atlanta for an early morning flight that would take us to Chicago then finally Pittsburgh, PA. We had rented a car and made the two and a half hour drive to State College, PA for the game. We finally left the stadium around midnight, after Coach Franklin’s press conference and meeting with coaches, and drove to Ebensburg, PA to our hotel, then back to Pittsburgh early Sunday morning. We had a direct flight back to Atlanta Sunday morning.

It was a busy and tiring trip but it was well worth the time and effort to experience Penn State Football, as we did.
