Scouting Report: Kortez Stevenson

Strengths: Stevenson is one of the most physically imposing kids I’ve seen for his age in the Kansas City metro. A big bodied forward with incredible footwork in the post and motor that doesn’t seem to stop. Stevenson has a nice touch on his shot that allows him to extend out to the three-point line. 

Improvement Opportunity: Developing a consistent mid-range/three-point shot will expand his game more and cause him to be a havoc on the offensive end. Defense needs some work, but once he gets older and a little bit more explosive he can be a defensive presence.

Projection: Tough to project because he’s so young, but I”m tending to lean towards LM/MM here.
