Height: 6’1

Strengths: Hayes has a lightening quick first step that allows him to create a lot of space. He plays at a great space and utilizes the dribble pull-up jumper with efficiency. He demonstrates really solid on ball defense against the opposing team’s ball handlers. His balance of scoring, ability to facilitate, and strong defense make him a hot prospect in 2021.

Improvement Opportunity: Hayes could improve his ability to finish in the paint when dribbling left. He has a tendency to settle for the jumper when going left, even when his defender is beat.

Projection: Hayes has offers from Clemson, Florida State, N.C. State, Virginia, and others.
