Refund Policy


Billing and Payment Information

By clicking on the Terms & Conditions section of our website, you are stating that you are legally bound to the terms in the Terms & Conditions, as well as legally bound to the terms in the Billing and Payment Information.

All sales are final between the user and Recruit Look, LLC. A user is liable for the full payment of any Recruit Look membership account regardless of outcomes. The Company makes no guarantees as to any outcome, as outcomes of scholarships are in large part dependent on the user (Athlete) and/or user’s skill level, how those skills fit with an athletic institutions at any given time, and whether the user follows the directives and instructions of the Company.

Prepayment

It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date, and that all invoices are paid on time. You agree to pay for the Services in advance of the time period during which such Services are provided. Subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations, payments received will be first applied to the oldest outstanding invoice in your billing account.

Autorenewal

Unless otherwise provided, you agree that until and unless you notify Recruit Look of your desire to cancel the Services, you will be billed on an automatically recurring basis to prevent any disruption to your Services, using your credit card or other billing information on file with us.

Late Payment

All invoices must be paid within three (3) days of the invoice due date. Any invoice that is outstanding for more than three (3) days may result in the suspension or termination of Services. Access to the account will not be restored until payment has been received. If you fail to pay the fees as specified herein, Recruit Look may suspend or terminate your account and pursue the collection costs incurred by Recruit Look, including without limitation, any arbitration and legal fees, and reasonable attorneys’ fees. Recruit Look will not activate new orders or activate new packages for customers who have an outstanding balance on their account.

Fraud

It is a violation of this Agreement for you to misuse or fraudulently use credit cards, charge cards, electronic funds transfers, electronic checks, or any other payment method. Recruit Look may report any such misuse or fraudulent use, as determined in Recruit Look’s sole discretion, to governmental and law enforcement authorities, credit reporting services, financial institutions and/or credit card companies.

Invoice Disputes

You have fourteen (14) days to dispute any charge or payment processed by Recruit Look. If you have any questions concerning a charge on your account, our billing department directly for assistance. billing@recruitlook.com

Cancellations and Refunds

Refund Policy

You are eligible for a refund if you purchased an MVP membership with Recruit Look. Only MVP memberships are eligible for a refund. All other memberships under Recruit Look are excluded from Recruit Look’s refund policy.

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with Recruit Look before, canceled and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with Recruit Look, you will not be eligible for a refund. Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy

The user understands that once The Company provides services to The user that the Company fees are Non-Refundable. Fees are not dependent upon results and no specific legal outcome may be promised.

The Company does offer a 30-day money back guarantee if The user is not satisfied. The Company will refund only MVP memberships. The Company will only refund MVP option 1 in full, excluding the month The Company worked for the user (1-30 days will be considered one (1) month) all other MVP options will be charged for the month they used the service at the agreed MVP payment plan monthly schedule payments.

After the 30-day money back guarantee, all sales are Final.

The user is solely responsible for properly canceling their Recruit Look subscription. An email request or support ticket asking for your subscription to be cancelled is not considered cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the billing section of your Recruit Look dashboard under My Accounts.

If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your account will remain active until the next due date. After the due date, if no payment received, your account will be disabled.

Non-refundable Products and Services

There are no refunds on Recruit Look’s College Recruiting eBook. The thirty (30) day money-back guarantee does not apply to the eBooks.

Cancellation Process

You may terminate or cancel the Services by giving Recruit Look written notice via email to our billing department (billing@recruitlook.com) or contacting your Recruit Look Scout. In such event: (i) you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation.

You may cancel your service by visiting the My Account section of your dashboard. Under My Subscriptions you will see “cancel”. Clicking the cancel will terminate your subscription.

Once we receive your cancellation form and have confirmed all necessary information with you via email, we will inform you in writing (typically email) that your account has been canceled. Your cancellation confirmation will contain a ticket/tracking number in the subject line for your reference and for verification purposes. You should immediately receive an automatic email with a tracking number stating that “Your request has been received….” Recruit Look will confirm your request and process your cancellation shortly thereafter. If you do not hear back from us, or do not receive the automatic confirmation email within a few minutes after submitting your cancellation form, please contact us immediately via phone. We require all cancellations to be done through the online form in order to (a) confirm your identity, (b) confirm in writing that you are prepared for all of your files and emails to be removed, and (c) document the request. This process aims to reduce the likelihood of mistakes, fraudulent/malicious requests, and to ensure that you are aware that your files, emails, and account may be removed immediately and permanently after a cancellation request is processed.

Upgrade Eligibility

Any All-Star membership with Recruit Look can upgrade to the MVP membership at any given time. Users just need to select the MVP account payment plan from the Pricing Page or the user’s My Account area.

The Company does not provide credits to All-Star accounts that have paid monthly or in full for the All-Star account. Each user that upgrades to an MVP membership regardless of their current payment plan will be obligated to pay in full for the desired MVP membership.

Termination

Recruit Look may terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, without notice in the event that: (i) you fail to pay any fees due; (ii) you violate this Agreement; (iii) your conduct may harm Recruit Look or others or cause Recruit Look or others to incur liability, as determined by Recruit Look in our sole discretion; or (iv) as otherwise specified in this Agreement. In such event, Recruit Look shall not refund to you any fees paid in advance of such termination, and you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such termination. Additionally, Recruit Look may charge you for all fees due for the Services for the remaining portion of the then current term.

UPON TERMINATION OF THE SERVICES FOR ANY REASON, USER CONTENT, USER WEBSITES, AND OTHER DATA WILL BE DELETED.
