Angela Gonzales will be scouting in Texas for RecruitLook. She currently resides in Magnolia, Texas.

Angela Gonzales started her coaching career in 2004 as the Recruiting Coordinator and Assistant Coach for East Texas Baptist University. From there she eventually pursued coaching at the high school level before returning to college coaching at Concordia University in Austin, Texas until 2013. Today she teaches intermediate science at Magnolia ISD, trains and develops softball athletes in her local league, and directs softball camps with college coaches for Fastpitch Masters.

Along with her professional positions she’s held — her days of playing were just as exceptional. As a 4 year starting catcher and the team captain for East Texas Baptist University she helped lead the way to 4 Conference Championships and 3 West Regional Appearances. She also received such honors as, 4-Time ASC East 1st Team, 4-Time ASC Conference, 3-Time All American Team, 3-Time All-West Region Team, and 2-Time ASC East Division Player of the Year! Angela was recently inducted to East Texas Baptist University’s 2018 Sports Hall of Fame.

Angela is excited to join RecruitLook and bring her experience as a college coach and student-athlete to help families navigate the recruiting journey.

How Can RecruitLook Help?

RecruitLook Scouts coach athletes step-by-step through the entire college recruiting process. We build custom marketing plans for each athlete to ensure they get more college recruiting exposure. Just because you are a good high school athlete does not guarantee a college scholarship offer. There are a lot of factors that come into play during an athlete’s recruitment, and the best way to be prepared is to work one-on-one with our Scouts.

A few of the topics we cover:

  • Breaking down college scholarship offers
  • Marketing the student-athlete to college coaches
  • What to expect on official and unofficial visits
  • Becoming and staying eligible
  • NCAA recruiting rules for your sport
  • How to communicate with college coaches
  • Scholarship stats for your spot
  • Plus Much More…and we provide 24/7
