About Us

What We Do At RecruitLook

How is RecruitLook Different?

We Scout.

RecruitLook scouts hit the pavement in search of the very best talent across the country. You’ll see our scouts at practices, games, and doing in-home meetings to find out just what kind of potential a recruit might have. We differ from other recruiting services because of our dedication to discover recruitable high school athletes.

We have years of recruiting experience in and around the recruiting landscape. Our staff is comprised of former professional and amateur athletes, high school and college coaches, and college scouts. We have the knowledge and expertise to assist student-athletes through the college recruiting process.

We Evaluate.

Too many families and recruits are sold on empty promises when it comes to getting college recruiting help. Let’s face it — companies just want your hard earned money! At Recruit Look, we believe in the importance of continual evaluation of athletes. We don’t disappear after you join the Recruit Look Family. In fact, we stay in constant contact with recruits to ensure they are properly managing the college recruiting process.

Recruit Look scouts evaluate everything when it comes to a prospect’s college recruitment. We’ll offer constructive feedback on what a recruit needs to do athletically, academically, and from a recruiting standpoint in order to successfully navigate the college recruiting process.

We Educate.

The college recruiting process is exactly that… a PROCESS! The recruitment of an athlete by a college coach for some is a 4-year journey, with a lot of twist and turns along the way.

RecruitLook works with families and recruits to educate them on every aspect of the recruiting process. There is a lot to know…

-How to market a student-athlete
-How to communicate with college coaches
-What are the NCAA rules and recruiting dates
-What is financial aid
-Is Social Media important in recruiting
-What are official and unofficial visits — and how do you get invited
-How do grades factor into your recruitment
-And much more

We Guide.

Each student-athlete is unique and at a different stage in the recruiting process, which requires RecruitLook Scouts to take a more personal approach when assisting athletes. Our philosophy is not to “email blast” college coaches, nor do we leave athletes and their parents hopeless as they try to navigate the college recruiting process.

A RecruitLook Scout will be there every step of the way, providing: insight on the recruiting process, marketing tools to maximize exposure, live support to handle all recruiting questions, and endless knowledge on how to go from high school recruit to legit college prospect. Your future is important to us! Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business.

Company Info

RecruitLook started in 2008 with one driving force in mind: help student athletes get more college recruiting exposure. RecruitLook has now expanded to offline recruiting with grassroots basketball events, football combines, baseball and softball showcases, junior golf tours, and college recruiting seminars.

The RecruitLook brand is expanding operations and developing new software to help further the growth of the company, but more importantly, to help high school athletes with the college recruiting process.
