Mark McGwire came out yesterday and admitted to using steroids during his playing career. As if we didn't already know that. The question is...will he get elected to the Hall of Fame now? In a society where we tend to forgive and forget he might have a fighting chance. The public seemed to forgive A-Roid for his steroid use. A-Roid admitted using and baseball fans didn't heckle him as bad as the did Barry Bonds...who is yet to admit why his head, biceps, chest, and legs all of the sudden tripled in size. McGwire's numbers are sure thing to get him in. His problem was his denial of steroid use. He claims he used steroids only to recover from injuries quicker. That might be true, but steroids also make you bigger and stronger, and stronger guys can hit baseballs further. McGwire might claim he didn't intend to cheat but he used a drug that players in the past didn't have access to; therefore, he cheated!

Nobody will forgive this guy because he didn't come clean when he had the chance.  He is a total joke and I hope he never gets into the hall.  Every baseball player that admits or is caught using steroids claim they only did it to recover from injuries.  That is a bunch of BS.  They did it to be bigger and stronger.  Bigger and stronger baseball players can hit the ball farther....that's just common sense.  So you can't tell me they do it only to recover from injuries.  There are other medicines and techniques that can help your body heal and stay healthy.

Why We Started RecruitLook

RecruitLook.com was created to help high school student athletes with the recruiting process. RecruitLook intends to become an institution, the connective tissue linking high school athletes to college coaches. There are services out there only focusing on top recruits, that cost thousands of dollars, or are only looking to sell you recruiting products and information. RecruitLook wants to create an affordable service that will allow athletes the ability to take control of their future.

We have developed a website that does more than just link high school athletes with college coaches. RecruitLook saw an opportunity to enter a market hungry for more than just online profiles. We have built a social networking community focused around sports. Our multifaceted website does more than just "recruit." We cater to several demographics in a further capacity, providing a platform to list classifieds, promote camps & tournaments, showcase events, advertising in the business directory, plus much more....
