Registration Questions

Registering for a RecruitLook membership is simple. Follow these steps.

1.) Click the Registration button.

2.) Fill out the Registration form.

3.) After you hit ‘submit’ you will be sent an Activation Email Link.

4.) Go the your email to click on the activation link. The email will be rather straight forward.

Activation Email Issues

A couple issues have come up from time to time during the registration process. Review these items to see if you are experiencing related issues.

1.) Activation Email Never Sent – Did you not get your activation email?

Check your spam or junk folder to see if the email landed there.

Website Questions

Uploading video is really pretty simple. We link video feeds from YouTube and HUDL, so make sure you are using YouTube or HUDL to upload your videos!

1.) Click the ‘Skill Showcase’ tab from your profile page.
2.) Click the ‘Add Skill’ button.
3.) After you hit the ‘Add Skill’ button, you’ll want to copy the URL where the video is (YouTube or HUDL) and insert it under YouTube Url or HUDL Url . See the picture below.

4.) Then hit “Save”.
5.) You’re all set! Click on the link and you’ll see your video popup to play (See pic)

6.) Athletes can upload unlimited videos on RecruitLook.

Subscription Questions

Your RecruitLook Profile will be active in our system forever unless you decide you want to delete it. You can always go back and update it if you went JUCO or transferring colleges.

Memberships…

1.) Do-It-Yourself plans are invoiced month-to-month. You can cancel at anytime — you’ll receive the membership features for that plan until your billing cycle is up. You will lose access to membership features once the billing cycle is up, but your profile will still be active.

2.) Full Service plans are one-time fees and there is no annual fee associated with it. You pay one-time regardless of your grade level. There are no written contracts; however, you agree to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy when you pay, which serve as our legally binding agreement.
